Persons seeking assessment and referral to services use SARF services. Some persons within the court system are required to see a mental health professional for assessment and referral. Our professionals are grounded in a strengths perspective. We build on things that work for the consumer and providing honest feedback for the consumer in a language they understand. Some parents want teens to be assessed. Our professionals will assess teenagers, but again loyalty to the therapeutic process disallows for any information other than diagnosis and a very general description of whether the person is involved in their treatment or not is all that will be discussed with the parent. Some adults want to be assessed themselves. Unsure about feelings of depression and anxiety many persons come to a time in their lives for review and assessment.
