Who is involved?

The Ramp Project is a joint venture between:

bulletThe Arc of St. Clair County, who provides services for persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.
bulletThe Blue Water Center for Independent Living, who provides services for all persons with cross disabilities.
bulletThe Regional Interagency & Consumer Coordinating Committee (RICC) Alliance, which is a tri-county committee (St. Clair, Lapeer, and Sanilac), works under the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council to help consumers become involved in their community.
bulletThe Community Assistive Technology Council, who provides information and education on accessible housing and assistive technology.  This Council works with St. Clair, Lapeer, and Sanilac counties.

Who is Eligible?

Eligibility requirements:

bulletMust be for a person with a disability
bulletBased on need
bulletBased on location (St. Clair, Sanilac and Lapeer counties)
bulletBased on landlord permission, city or township permit requirements and site location
bulletBased on family contribution (if any)
