Who is involved?
The Ramp Project is a joint venture between:
 | The Arc of St. Clair County, who provides services for persons with mental
retardation and other developmental disabilities. |
 | The Blue Water Center for Independent Living, who provides services for
all persons with cross disabilities. |
 | The Regional Interagency & Consumer Coordinating Committee (RICC)
Alliance, which is a tri-county committee (St. Clair, Lapeer, and Sanilac),
works under the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council to help consumers
become involved in their community. |
 | The Community Assistive Technology Council, who provides information and
education on accessible housing and assistive technology. This Council
works with St. Clair, Lapeer, and Sanilac counties. |
Who is Eligible?
Eligibility requirements:
 | Must be for a person with a disability |
 | Based on need |
 | Based on location (St. Clair, Sanilac and Lapeer counties) |
 | Based on landlord permission, city or township permit requirements and
site location |
 | Based on family contribution (if any) |
