Water CIL offices throughout the Thumb Region of Michigan.
All of the county offices offer the following Core Services: Advocacy,
Independent Living Skills, Information and Referral, and Peer Counseling.

The St. Clair County office is the Administrative office for the
BWCIL System. The Executive Director, the Directors of Program
Services have their offices here. The Departments that are located in
St. Clair County are: Access & Transition Services, Clinical Services,
Personal Assistant Services, Budget & Finance and Resource Development.

The Huron office, located in Bad Axe, offers Core Services, Support
Groups, assistance with Administrative hearings, and more.
- Lapeer County Office

The Lapeer County office, located in Lapeer, offers the Core
